Jordan Smith

Before joining Davis, Jordan was in-house counsel for TWS Engineering, a successful engineering consulting firm. His background gives him a unique skill set and allows Davis’ clients to benefit from his pragmatic understanding of land development, environmental due diligence, and construction management.

Jordan has experience in residential and commercial real estate, environmental law, municipal law, and general corporate matters.

Jordan received a Bachelor of Arts (English), graduating with distinction from the University of Alberta in 2002. He attended law school at the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2007.
