Biography
Jonathan Brown is an associate in the Securities & Corporate Finance Practice Group in the Davis LLP Calgary office. He is developing a general corporate and commercial law practice, with an emphasis on securities law, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He works with public and private sector clients in a wide range of industries including, natural resources, technology, manufacturing and financial services.
Mr. Brown has been involved in a broad range of transactions including, public debt and equity financings, private placements, plans of arrangement and other corporate reorganizations. He also advises public companies on regulatory matters, continuous disclosure and corporate governance practices.
