Jennifer Whincup

Jennifer's experience includes assisting senior counsel in general civil litigation matters with specific experience in areas such as fraud and asset recovery, defamation, contractual disputes, costs assessments, and shareholder disputes.

Jennifer earned both her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Queens University in 2004 and 2006, respectively. She went on to complete her Masters of Arts at Carleton University in 2007 before receiving her J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2010. Jennifer also completed semesters at Fudan University in Shanghai, China and the University of Cincinnati Faculty of Law in Cincinnati, Ohio during the course of her studies.

She joined Davis LLP in 2009 as a student and completed her articles at the firm before joining as an associate in 2011.
