Jennifer A. Whincup

Jennifer’s practice involves working with senior counsel representing clients in matters involving defamation, contractual disputes, cost recovery, injunctive relief, and shareholder disputes, with a particular emphasis on complex fraud investigation and resulting litigation.

Jennifer earned both her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Queens University and her Masters of Arts at Carleton University. Jennifer then went on to complete her first year of law school at the University of Cincinnati, Faculty of Law, in Cincinnati, Ohio, before receiving her J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2010.

She joined Davis LLP in 2009 as a summer student, and continued as an articling student in 2010 before returning as an associate following her call to the bar in 2011.
