Profile

James is an associate in the Toronto office of Davis LLP, where he practises corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on public-private partnerships, project finance and infrastructure. 

James' experience is focused primarily on the procurement and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects. He has assisted senior counsel with project document review and preparation, including project agreement, service contract and contstruction contract drafting and commentary. Most recently, James worked as part of the team which closed the Ottawa Light Rail Transit project.

James began his career with Davis as a summer student in 2011 and articled with the firm before joining as an associate in the summer of 2013.
