Hendrik has almost 30 years’ experience in civil litigation, having practiced as both solicitor and barrister in Johannesburg, South Africa between 1982 and 2009, where he represented clients in numerous trials and appeals in the areas of insurance, lease, property, corporate, general tort, defamation, personal injury, professional (medical and legal) negligence and product liability.
