Graham's practice focuses on corporate and securities law. He advises domestic and international companies on a broad range of business matters, with an emphasis on equity and debt financings, dual-listings and mergers and acquisitions.

Graham also has significant experience assisting clients with ongoing public and private company matters, including securities commission and stock-exchange-related matters, corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure matters related to designated foreign issuers.
