Providing GST/HST and PST advice in respect of infrastructure project finance and public-private partnerships
Assisting clients with Canada Revenue Agency audits and objections, and appeals to the Tax Court of Canada
Making voluntary disclosures to the Canada Revenue Agency and the Canada Border Services Agency
