Biography

Dean Dalke is an associate with the firm's Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial and civil disputes, labour and employment, energy, and administrative and regulatory law.

Before completing his articles at the firm and joining Davis LLP as an associate, Mr. Dalke was a law clerk to three justices of the B.C. Court of Appeal.

In 2008, Mr. Dalke obtained a Master of Laws from Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan, a program which focused on international business and economic law. While in Japan, Mr. Dalke also worked as an intern at Japan's largest law firm.

Mr. Dalke obtained a Master of Arts in International Affairs in 2004 from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University and a Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) in 2003 from the University of Ottawa. While at law school Mr. Dalke co-founded spark-online.com, a journal of electronic culture. Mr. Dalke also holds a B.B.A. from Trinity Western University, with majors in Business Administration and Political Science.
