Dean Dalke

Dean Dalke is a partner and member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial and civil disputes, employment, energy, and administrative and regulatory law. Dean has appeared before all levels of courts in British Columbia.
Before completing his articles, Dean was a law clerk to three justices of the B.C. Court of Appeal. In 2008, Dean obtained a Master of Laws from Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan, a program which focused on international business and economic law. While in Japan, Dean also worked as an intern at Japan's largest law firm. Dean obtained a Master of Arts in International Affairs in 2004 from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University and a Bachelor of Laws (Cum Laude) in 2003 from the University of Ottawa. While at law school Dean co-founded spark-online.com, a journal of electronic culture. Dean also holds a B.B.A. from Trinity Western University, with majors in Business Administration and Political Science.
