David joined Davis LLP in 2009 as a summer student and subsequently articled at the firm. He returned as an associate following his call to the bar in June 2011.

During law school, David studied European and International Law at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, and also served as a legal case worker at Parkdale Community Legal Services.
