Cherry Jiang

Cherry Jiang's practice focuses primarily on corporate and securities law with respect to public and private issuers. She has experience with a variety of corporate finance and securities transactions including prospectus offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. 
Cherry has represented brokerage firms, capital pool companies and various TSX Venture and TSX-listed issuers in a range of industries including mining, oil and gas, technology and investment funds. Cherry also advises public companies on regulatory matters, continuous disclosure obligations and corporate governance practices. Cherry recently spent six months on secondment in a corporate finance position with a well-known brokerage firm. Prior to joining Davis LLP, Cherry articled and practiced securities law with the Calgary office of another national law firm. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Cherry is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
