Catherine provides her clients with practical advice on all aspects of a wide variety of commercial transactions including:

She represents clients involved in a broad range of industries including national retail tenants, regional health authorities and societies, owners of provate timberlands, municipalities and developers.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Catherine obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (Eng.Lit.) in 1991 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1994, both from the University of British Columbia. She was a judicial law clerk at the British Columbia Court of Appeal from 1995-1996 and joined Davis as an associate in 1996.
