Biography
Catherine Kay is an associate in the Calgary office of Davis LLP and practices primarily in the area of securities and corporate finance. Ms. Kay earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary, having achieved Dean's List status in her fourth year. She then received an LL.B. (with Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. Catherine was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2004 and the Alberta Bar in 2005.
