Bryan Dunn

Bryan Dunn is a partner in the Firm where he practices corporate/M&A. Mr. Dunn’s experiences prior to joining Davis includes 11 years with Clifford Chance, practicing cross-border M&A and international business transactions, primarily in Asia and North America.
Bryan has advised on a broad range of corporate / M&A transactions in Japan and elsewhere in the Asia pacific region since 1993 when he joined the Tokyo office of a major international law firm where he was the partner in charge of the corporate practice. In 2007 he joined Davis and Takahashi, the Tokyo office of Davis LLP.
His experience includes advising on: Bryan is qualified to practice law in England and Canada and is a registered foreign attorney with the Japanese Bar Association. Bryan is fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken to a level which enables him to advise Japanese clients in the Japanese language.
