Brandi Stocks

Brandi articled at Davis, and joined the firm as an associate in 2010.

Brandi holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics (with distinction) from the University of Victoria.

Prior to joining Davis, Brandi spent a year as a judicial law clerk for seven justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Brandi has appeared before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.  Brandi's practice is solution-oriented and, when appropriate, involves alternative methods of dispute resolution.  She has negotiated settlements for her client, and drafted agreements that address a variety of legal issues.
