Biography
Bistra Stoytcheva is a member of our Montréal office and practices in the areas of commercial, corporate and immigration law. She is assisting foreign businesses establish operations and invest into capital projects in Canada and is involved in drafting, review and publication of security instruments. She has experience in various immigration related matters: investor immigrants, skilled workers, work permits and student authorizations applications.
Born in Bulgaria, she obtained a bachelor of law degree in 1990 from the Law Faculty of Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski", Sofia, a LL.M. in civil law in 1996 from Waseda University Law School, Tokyo and a LL.M. in 2001 from McGill University, Montréal.
