Avery Saunders

Avery Saunders is an associate at Davis practising in the area of corporate/commercial law. She advises clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial transactions, shareholder matters and disputes, and partnership matters. 
Avery has experience in private offerings, plans of arrangement, corporate restructuring, asset purchase transactions, and drafting various types of commercial and corporate agreements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, and a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, Washington, DC. While in Washington, Avery worked as a Congressional Intern on Capital Hill for United States' Congressman Joseph Crowley (7th Dist., NY). Subsequent to her Masters degree, she completed her LL.B. at the University of Alberta.
