Annie Claude Beauchemin practises mainly in the fields of commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, representing debtors, secured and ordinary creditors, and trustees. 
She frequently represents creditors involved in commercial litigation and helps ensure recovery of their claims and appropriate compensation. In addition to representing companies engaged in commercial proceedings, she has acquired substantial experience with regard to the publication and procedure in the case of movable and immovable hypothecs.
