Biography
Angeline Nyce is an associate in the Corporate/Commercial/M&A, Aboriginal Law, Forestry Law and, Japan Groups at Davis LLP in Vancouver. Ms. Nyce's law practice focuses on purchases and sales of businesses, forestry and land use issues and aboriginal law. She is a registered professional forester who also possesses a degree in forest resources management.
Ms. Nyce has experience assisting and advising clients on tenure acquisitions and asset transfers, due diligence reviews in business transactions, leasing, corporate and not-for-profit matters, consultation and accommodation (including, G2G negotiations, accommodation and impact benefits agreements and partnerships) and forestry and land use policy development. She has also been involved in transactions relating to economic development on aboriginal and Crown lands.
Ms. Nyce joined Davis in 2009 as an associate after articling and practising law in Greater Vancouver.*
