Andrew Lloyd is a senior associate in the Calgary office. Andrew has a general corporate and commercial practice with a focus on banking and financial services, secured transactions, aircraft finance and transportation-related matters. 
Prior to joining Davis LLP, Andrew practised in the Calgary office of another national law firm and was in-house counsel at a major North American railway.
