Alexandra Bochinski

Alexandra Bochinski articled at a mid-sized Edmonton law firm in 1999. Upon completion of her articles, she began working in general litigation from 2000-2004. Alexandra joined Davis LLP in September 2004 and practises in the general litigation department. Ms. Bochinski also provides comprehensive advice to sponsors, governing bodies and administrators of pension and other forms of benefit plans.

She has carriage of her own files and as a team leader, is a member of counsel teams with senior litigation partners including, and primarily, Robert White, Q.C., in a variety of complex civil cases.

Alexandra most recently appeared as counsel for a major oil company charged provincially and federally with unlawfully depositing a substance harmful to migratory birds and failing to keep or store hazardous substances in a manner that it does not come into contact with animals.

She currently represents a B.C. company in an action against the builder and developer of its Alberta plant for breach of contract and negligence. She also represents a bank against allegations of conspiracy and breach of fiduciary duty and a furniture company in a tax audit case.
