Acted as counsel to SNC-Lavalin Inc. with respect to all aspects of the RAV Project in Vancouver, B.C., and its U.K. bank financing.

The Richmond-Airport-Vancouver (RAV) Line, later renamed the Canada Line, was a C$1.8 billion light rail project.

As counsel to equity/sponsor of the project, SNC Lavalin, Inc., the team from Davis LLP was responsible for procurement, project documentation negotiation, financing documentation negotiation and achieving financial close.

This PPP project won several awards:
