Recently, Stu Morrow, Megan Filmer and Sarah Ciarrocchi worked with Goldcorp Inc., Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Thorsteinssons, and a large team of foreign advisers to paper a $1.5 billion capital restructuring for Goldcorp. The extensive internal restructuring of Goldcorp will involve a series of subsequent steps, on which Davis will continue to advise.
