DXP Enterprises, Inc. Acquires HSE Integrated Ltd.

On July 11, 2012 , DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) and HSE Integrated Ltd. (TSX: HSL) successfully completed a plan of arrangement under which DXP acquired all of the outstanding shares of HSE. Under the Arrangement, shareholders of HSE received $1.80 in cash per share.

DXP is a leading products and service distributor listed on the NASDAQ National Market.  The company, with its head office in Houston, Texas, is focused on adding value and total cost savings solutions to MRO and OEM customers in virtually every industry since 1908.

HSE is a national supplier of onsite health, safety and environmental services, with its head office in Calgary, Alberta.
