Burnstone Ventures Inc. Obtains Listing on TSX Venture Exchange

On April 5, 2012, Burnstone Ventures Inc.'s common shares commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "BVE".

Burnstone's shares had previously traded on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX).

Burnstone's flagship project is its Tomichi copper-molybdenum (Cu-Mo) porphyry Project in Gunnison County, south-central Colorado. The Tomichi Project is located within the Colorado Mineral Belt. On June 26, 2012, Burnstone announced the initial NI 43-101 Mineral Resource estimate for the Tomichi Project.

Burnstone was represented by Davis LLP in Vancouver, with a team led by Don Collie and David Reid, and assisted by Cam Fitch and Elaine Tham, members of Davis LLP's Securities & Corporate Finance and Mining Groups.
