Brookfield Renewable Kwagis Holding Inc. Completes $175 million Bond Offering

On November, 1, 2012, Brookfield raised $175 million in a private placement bond issue to support construction of the Kokish River hydroelectric project, a 45 megawatt run of the river project which is scheduled to be in production in 2014.

Brookfield and Kwagis were represented in Vancouver by Davis LLP, with a team that included Catherine Gibson, Mark Schmidt and Bob Groves.
