Breach of confidence and breach of loyalty claims proven at trial

Counsel in the successful prosecution of a claim against two former employees who surreptitiously copied and stole confidential client information, money and property from their former employer prior to setting up a competing business. The court awarded just under $300,000 in damages to the plaintiff, including $10,000 in punitive damages.
