Bermuda Hospitals Board $315 million upgrade of the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

Davis was selected over seven legal advisory firms from the UK and North America with extensive P3 experience to act for the Bermuda Hospitals Board in connection with the $315 million upgrade of the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. This project is Bermuda's first P3.

The 33-year project will see the consortium design, build, finance, and maintain two new patient wings and a new central utility plant.

Four international banks provided US$246 million of debt.
