LOUISIANA'S VIDEO GAME LAW STRUCK FROM BENCH

Following the temporary injunction he issued against same in August 2006, U.S. District Judge James Brady has declared unconstitutional Louisiana's HB 1381, which was signed into law on June 16, 2006.
