Environmental Commissioner Releases 2004-2005 Report

Gord Miller, the Environmental Commissioner for Ontario released his 2004-2005 report "Planning our Landscape" on November 1.  The report expresses concerns over the drafting of both the Greenbelt Plan and the 2005 PPS which permit construction of infrastructure, including highways, through natural heritage features.  The press release and links to the report itself, can be found here .
