Bill 43 Debated Again...but Still No Vote!

The debate on the motion for second reading of theClean Water Actresumed on May 15.  This is the third time the bill has been debated in the house, but no vote has yet been taken.  Debate is scheduled to resume today.  The timing of the debate coincides with the sixth anniversary of the Walkerton crisis, which is understood to be the impetus for Bill 43.
