Public Consultation Begins on BC's Land Based Spill Preparedness and Response Regime

Recently the BC Ministry of Environment released an intentions paper for consulting on three aspects of BC's land based spill preparedness and response regime which can be found here. The deadline for submitting commnets on the intentions paper is February 15, 2013.
