Federal Budget Implementation Bill C-45 Passed by the Senate - New Act Receives Royal Assent

The Senate voted 50-27 this morning to pass the second omnibus budget (implementation) Bill C-45.  The bill, now the Jobs and Growth Act, 2012 c.31 received royal assent shortly thereafter.
