Professional Development
We believe it is important to see our people develop within their role at Davis. Whenever possible, we fill upcoming positions by promoting or transferring employees within the firm when it is a logical career move for the employee. Depending on the requirements for the position we may also recruit externally but current employees are always invited to apply.
Davis also encourages employees to develop skills and abilities through participation in courses and seminars, industry associations and by attending conferences related to their career. The firm offers both internal and external programs for training, continuing education and professional development. The course/seminar may be job related, beneficial to the legal profession, or designed to broaden knowledge in each of these respective areas.
