The Endangered Species Act, 2007 (Bill 184) received Royal Assent on May 17, 2007. With some minor exceptions, the Act comes into force on June 30, 2008 or such earlier date as may be named by proclamation. The Act replaces the previous version of the Endangered Species Act and can be found here.
